    Tuesday, October 8th
    We would like to welcome you to our UGM with a networking reception.









    Wednesday, October 9th
    Sessions will take place at Colibrium Additive campus in Lichtenfels. Transportation from the Best Western Plus in Bad Staffelstein will be provided. Additional transportation will be provided to the evening event and back to the Best Western Bad Staffelstein.
    Thursday, October 10th
    All sessions on Thursday will take place at the Colibrium Additive campus. Transportation will be provided from the Best Western Plus in Bad Staffelstein and back.

    We've reserved a block of rooms for participants at the Best Western Plus Kurhotel an der Obermaintherme.

    Booking
    Reservations have to be made by email ([email protected]) or by phone (+49 (0)9573-3330). Please use UGM2024 as reference to get our discounted rates of €120 per night for a single and €174 for a double room.

    Payment
    Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration and payment must be made directly to the hotel.

    Cancellations
    Please check the hotel booking pages for cancellation policy and contact them directly for cancellations.
